Honey
At Bee Hut Ltd, we take pride in producing high-quality honey from our own hives located across Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, and Buckinghamshire. Starting in Summer 2024, all our honey is processed in our dedicated Honey House in Northamptonshire, ensuring the highest standards of care and quality. We are a registered food business and hold a 5* 'Very Good' Food Hygiene Rating

We never pasteurize or heat-treat our honey (only ever warming it to temperatures it is found in the hive), preserving its natural nutrients and flavours. Using a gentle, low-tech system without pressurized filtering, we try to maintain the integrity of the honey, ensuring that as much of the goodness of the raw honey is delivered straight to your jar.

At Bee Hut Ltd, we harvest honey from each of our apiaries individually and process them separately. This careful approach ensures that every jar can be traced back to a specific location. If you're curious about which of our apiaries your jar of honey came from, simply check the batch number on the bottom of the jar and match it with the table below to find out where the bees collected the nectar from!
